A very desirable airplant species that will gradually form an attractive clump of plants that produce bright red flowers. When grown hung upside down, Tillandsia Funckiana will twist and bend back on itself heading towards the light. We love to grow it into fantastic shapes by regularly moving its position to create unusual twisted and contorted growth habits. Tillandisa are extremely easy to care for when grown both indoors and outdoors in summer, simply spray or submerge in rainwater for a minute or two weekly.
