How do we deliver your plants?
Orders are dispatched every Monday (excluding bank holidays) , Tuesday & Wednesday in our peak season. In our quiet season we dispatch plant orders every Monday. All plant orders are sent using 24 hour courier delivery. 48 hour courier delivery for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non-mainland addresses.

Why don’t we ship our plants later in the week?
By shipping early in the week we help prevent plants being held in a postal warehouse over weekends. This will ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
How are plants packaged?
We use 100% compostable, biodegradable or recyclable packaging. Plant pots are sealed with a bag to prevent soil disruption and plants are wrapped in paper to prevent leaf damage in transit. Each plant is securely taped to the inside of the box to prevent movement in transit.
How are seed only orders sent?
Orders containing only seeds are sent in padded envelopes using 2nd class post and should arrive within 4 days of dispatch. The padded envelopes we use are paper filled and recyclable and compostable.
Can I add to an order that hasn’t shipped yet?
Yes, just send us an email using our contact form letting us know that you want to add to your order and we will help you out. Alternatively you can place a second order and leave a note in the ‘customer notes’ section of checkout asking us to combine the postage and we will endeavour to refund postage when possible.
