Commonly called the ‘Brazilian Plume Flower’, this yellow flowering form is rarely seen for sale. Justicea aurea is an upright tropical shrub with lush green leaves that have a lovely purple underside. From mid-summer this exotic shrub produces masses of bright yellow plume flowers that look unbelievably tropical! In it’s native habitat this plant is loved my hummingbirds and butterflies.
Sometimes called Yellow Jacobinia.
