How do we deliver your plants?
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Tuesday (excluding bank holidays) using 24 hour courier delivery. 48 hour courier delivery for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non-mainland addresses.

Why do we ship our plants on Monday & Tuesday?
By shipping early in the week we help prevent plants being held in a postal warehouse over weekends.
How are plants packaged?
We use 100% compostable or recyclable packaging. Plant pots are sealed with a compostable bag to prevent soil disruption and plants are wrapped in paper to prevent leaf damage in transit. Each plant is securely taped to the inside of the box to prevent movement in transit.
How are seed only orders sent?
Orders containing only seeds are sent in padded envelopes using 2nd class post. The padded envelopes are paper filled and recyclable and compostable.
